1. Multiple Fulfillment Centers for Better Value

At Noble Fragrance, we are committed to providing you with the best value for your money. To achieve this, we operate two fulfillment centers. By strategically managing inventory across these centers, we are able to lower our operational costs, which in turn allows us to offer you competitive prices on our products.

2. Split Shipments

Due to our use of multiple fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times. If your order includes items stored at different locations, each item will be shipped from the respective fulfillment center. This means you may receive one part of your order before the others.

3. Shipping Notifications

For every part of your order that is shipped separately, you will receive an individual shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the delivery progress of each package.

4. Shipping Costs

The use of multiple fulfillment centers does not impact the shipping costs you were quoted at checkout. You will only be charged the shipping amount displayed during your purchase, regardless of how many packages your order is divided into.

5. Delivery Times

While we strive to deliver all parts of your order as quickly as possible, items shipped separately may arrive on different days. However, by leveraging multiple fulfillment centers, we can ensure that our overall product costs remain low, providing you with greater value.
